We only accept Bridal, Bridesmaid, and Prom Appointments. Outside of an appointment, fitting rooms are first come, first serve.
In order to provide you with the best experience, bridal appointments are required on Saturdays and are highly recommended during the week. We will work hard to accommodate walk-ins when possible, but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to immediately assist you without an appointment. Please keep in mind that appointments take priority over walk-ins. Our appointment slots are limited to one appointment per bride/bridal party per day.
Appointments being requested within less than 24 hours should be made by phone.
If you do not receive an Appointment Confirmation email and confirm your appointment, your appointment has not been scheduled.
We ask that brides only bring up to 3 people (unless you are being fitted with a bridal party) with them to their appointment as we are limited to space and seating. We ask that prom appointments only bring 2 guests with them.
Children are highly discouraged unless they are being measured/fitted. If children are with you, they must remain seated with an adult at all times.
